We are listing the basic rates for your information. Please note that these prices are just an estimate, and final pricing will depend on the type of work and time requested.

Flat Rates
Negotiated for one-time projects and/or assignments

Hourly Rates $25-50/Hour
Provided for those clients who would like on-going support or who prefer flexibility from week to week on the hours needed.

Provided for those clients who need services such as database management, email management, data entry, and basic administrative support.

Retainer Fees $75-300/Week
Provided for those clients who would like to use the services on as "as-needed" basis.

Expenses
All FEDEX, US Postal Services, long distance phone charges, letterhead, etc., are the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced accordingly separate from the hourly, flat rates, and retainer fees.

Letter Head and Envelopes
We are more than happy to use your company letterheads and envelopes for all your correspondence needs. You will be responsible for supplies all such materials.
